Spider Infestation

Hello! Here I have a fauxnad mani for today. First I used two coats of Wet n Wild French White Creme, then I stamped a full spider & web design using Shany SH25 using Konad Special Polish in Black. Like my stamping skills, spider webs are not perfect as well. Ha. I applied Seche Vite after my stamping, then finished it off with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.

Have anyone ever tried Shany? I recently found Shany when I was going to order the first Bundle Monster set. I never heard of that brand & was like why not since it was a little cheaper & they offered a few more plates. Haha, more bang for my buck.

Chococat Halloween Mani

I wanted to do a black cat mani & was going to do stamping, then I remembered I had some Chococat nail stickers. I started off with painting my nails Sinful Colors Black on Black & China Glaze Papaya Punch on my accent finger. I then added polka dots using the reverse color & stuck a Chococat on my ring finger. I added a coat of Seche Vite to prevent my dots from smearing, then finished it off with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.

Cosplays & Costumes 2011

Hello! For the past few weeks, I have been slowly packing away my things. Now that I'm close to moving to a new place, I have no time to paint my nails. Instead, I'll post again a few of the cosplays/costumes I took from this years trip to Wondercon & Fanime. These are some of my favorites! Hope you enjoy!

Are any of you guys dressing up for Halloween? These guys really went all out!

OPI Pink Shatter

Let me ease out of the Halloween spirit for today. This shall be my first Pink Wednesday mani. Here I have OPI Pink Shatter Pink of Hearts 2011 that was released for Breast Cancer Awareness, over Wet n Wild French White Creme, China Glaze Something Sweet, & China Glaze For Audrey. If you know me, you'll know I'm not much of a fan of the color pink, but I do make an exception for nail polish & Hello Kitty. I was going to skip out on Pink Shatter, but my bf added it to my shopping basket when I wasn't looking. He said that I need to collect all the OPI Shatters. Silly, him. I still didn't get any of the blues of gold yet.

Zoya Nina w/ Gold Stripes

I have no current mani for today, so here's an old NOTD I did in September. I wore two coats of Zoya Nina, the stripes were done with LA Colors Art Deco in Gold Rush, & it was finished off with Hard Candy Matte-ly in Love.

Black Shatter over Wet n Wild Rockin' Rubies

I did a similar mani earlier this month, click here to see it.

I wanted to do a quick mani from my previous one, so I just added two layers of Wet n Wild Rockin' Rubies (which I finally found! ^__^) from their new Coloricon Ice Baby collection. The Ice Baby collection is a Walgreen exclusive for the holidays. My ring finger has a white base, while the other fingers has a black base color beneath Rockin' Rubies. Afterwards I added OPI Black Shatter, topped it off with Seche Vite, & then finished it off with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.

I'll do some swatches for this collection next month after I'm all done with my Halloween related mani's. Check out your local Walgreens, the Ice Baby collection is a must have if you love glitters!

Spider Accent ft. OPI Spookettes

Cindy, if you're reading this, don't look at this post x)

This is a simple mani I did using three coats of  OPI I Only Date Werewolves & OPI Mummy Knows Best, both of their 2011 Halloween Spookettes collection. Application didn't go as smoothly & even as I wanted from both polishes. However mini polishes are the cutest & this collection came with water decals. I used the spider decal for my accent finger & then finished the mani with Hard Candy Matte-ly In Love.

I have yet to try the glow in the dark polish yet, & I don't know if I will. If you didn't see my other post using OPI He's My Boo, check it out here.
