NOTD: Marbled Peppermints

I tried. I failed on the outcome I had in mind. It looks pretty decent though, but not how I wanted. I was going for the "candy cane" look, but came out with "peppermints." Also, only one nail (middle finger) came out nice, & not pink looking. Lol. I stopped after one hand. I shall try again sooner or later. Happy Christmas Eve!

Salsa & Snow White

I used Sation Snow White as the base color & marbled with China Glaze Salsa & Sation Snow White. If only they all turned out like my middle finger.

Nails: Mmm, Taro!

This whole mani reminds me of a baby shower for a girl. Which reminds me, I need to mail my cousin the diaper cake I made for her a few months ago... before her baby boy turns three months! Haha. I used Sation Sweet Taro & China Glaze Something Sweet from their Up & Away collection. Three coats each.

Sweet Taro - Something Sweet

I bought Sweet Taro for less than a dollar. The name instantly got me, I think polishes that has food in their names are the best! It's a cream purple that looks brown indoors & without flash. The application was not so good, & the polish was a bit thick and gooey for my first time using it. I should put some thinner next time I use it. I guess you get what you paid for, but after three coats & a good top coat, I thought it was pretty decent to wear for a couple of days. This was after two days of wearing.

Now I'm craving for some Taro Milk Tea w/o the tapioca.
